Canonical is (or as) a Microsoft reseller

Chris Schnabel: Profile workloads on x86-64-v3 to enable future performance gains = More restrictions on users; Division of Microsoft? How much does Microsoft pay you for this?

x86-64-v3 has many problems with it; we'll discuss this in the future. As the old words of wisdom go, newer is not always better (for the user).

Microsoft did not even have to buy Canonical (for Canonical to act like it happened).
